Team building, and proof that rather than separating teams, mixing them creates far better results.

We spent a couple of days team building, and executing a brief to bring teams together, since Covid had disrupted everything. For some, this was the first time meeting in person, despite working together on projects.
This hackathon also had another aim; to prove that by mixing the teams from different disciplines, the work output would be better – way better.
Spoiler alert: it worked.
Also, as you can probably tell from the photos, everyone had a great time.
It wasn’t all work, work, work.
